Agreement

By using HomeScoop ("App"), operated by GrayLogic LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please don't use the App.

Purpose & Limitations

HomeScoop provides informational research tools only to help military families compare neighborhoods. We do not:

Provide official military housing guidance
Replace consultation with housing offices
Guarantee accuracy of third-party data
Provide real estate, legal, or financial advice

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, data comes from third-party sources and may contain errors. BAH rates should be verified with DFAS. Rent estimates may vary from actual listings. Always verify before making decisions.

Your Responsibilities

Verify all information independently
Consult official sources for BAH, housing, and benefits
Visit neighborhoods in person before committing
Use the App at your own risk

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We don't guarantee continuous availability or accuracy. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

GrayLogic LLC is not liable for any damages arising from App use, including housing decisions based on App data. Maximum liability is limited to amounts you paid for the App ($0 for free version).
